Construction and application of digital platform for training and assessment of frontline wound treatment

Abstract:Objective To address the issue of low digitalization in current frontline combat casualty rescue training and assessment,and develop a digital platform integrating teaching,training,and assessment for combat casualty rescue,aiming to enhance the rescue capabilities of frontline combat casualty rescue personnel in the military.Methods Comparing the two dimensions of training and assessment,a new digital teaching and assessment platform was integrated and constructed based on combat casualty rescue theory.A comparative study was conducted between the digital assessment platform and the traditional paper-based assessment methods to verify the reliability of the former as a new type of assessment organization means.The digital platform for combat casualty rescue training and assessment was applied to actual combat scenarios in conjunction with military training and assessment organization.Results The digital platform for combat casualty rescue training and assessment could conveniently and quickly popularize the most advanced combat rescue concepts,rescue technologies,and training organization methods to the majority of grassroots officers and soldiers.The digital assessment platform outperformed the traditional paper-based assessment in terms of assessment timeliness and accuracy(P<0.05),effectively improving assessment efficiency.In multiple practical military applications,the platform provided more convenient integrated services of teaching,training,and assessment for military combat rescue personnel,helping frontline rescuers proficiently master advanced combat rescue concepts and skills.Conclusions The digital platform for combat casualty rescue training and assessment facilitates grassroots units to efficiently carry out combat casualty rescue training and assessment organization.It is conducive to enhancing the military's actual combat capabilities and can effectively improve the combat casualty rescue capabilities of officers and soldiers.
