Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of functional exercise compliance in Parkinson's disease(PD)patients and construct a nomogram model. Methods Based on their functional exercise compliance,196 PD patients admitted to our hospitals from March 2022 to February 2025 were divided into a good compliance group(n=62)and a poor compliance group(n=134).Pearson correlation analysis was applied to explore the correlation between functional exercise compliance, hope level, and social support in PD patients.Multiple logistic stepwise regression analysis was adopted to investigate the influencing factors of functional exercise compliance in PD patients.A nomogram model for functional exercise compliance in PD patients was constructed and its predictive value was analyzed by using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves. Results Functional exercise compliance in PD patients was positively correlated with hope level and social support(r=0.517,0.485,P<0.05).The proportions of patients with education level below high school, family monthly income<4000 RMB yuan, main caregivers being nannies or caregivers,falls≥2 times in the past year, and Hoehn-Yahr stage Ⅲ-Ⅴ in the poor compliance group were all higher than those in the good compliance group(P<0.05).Low education level, main caregivers being nannies or caregivers,Hoehn-Yahr stage Ⅲ-Ⅴ low hope level and low social support level were risk factors for poor functional exercise compliance in PD patients(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)(95%CI)of the nomogram model for predicting poor functional exercise compliance in PD patients was 0.904(0.851~0.957),with a specificity of 68.14%and a sensitivity of 92.58%.Conclusions The compliance level of functional exercise in PD patients is relatively low,and the influencing factors include education level, main caregivers,Hoehn-Yahr stage, hope level, and social support. The nomogram model constructed on these factors has a high predictive value.
