Abstract：Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is a common and extremely critical injury in clinical practice.If not treated promptly and effectively,it can easily lead to severe disability or even death.Helicopters,as modern and efficient transportation tools,have been widely used in emergency medical rescue systems,greatly reducing the pre hospital treatment time for various types of critically ill patients.In recent years,various high-tech medical technology achievements have been transformed and applied in special scenarios of helicopter cabins,enriching the experience and consensus in related fields.With the continuous accumulation of domestic and foreign case reports on emergency rescue of TBI patients by helicopter,it has great reference and guidance significance for the safe transportation of a large number of TBI patients by helicopter in special scenarios in the future.The article focuses on the special group of TBI patients and runs through the entire process of helicopter air medical evacuation,systematically reviewing the latest research progress at home and abroad.
