A Case of Subdural Abscess Caused by Oral Prevotella with Herniation Under the Falx Cerebri and Literature Review
Abstract:Oral Prevotella is a rare opportunistic pathogen, and clinical pathogenicity is relatively uncommon, especially causing subdural abscess is extremely rare, and accompanied by herniation under the falx cerebri is even more rare. This article analyzes the clinical data of a patient with subdural abscess caused by oral Prevotella with herniation under the falx cerebri admitted to Hunan Provincial Second People's Hospital, in order to enhance clinical awareness of this disease.
