Abstract:Cerebellar hemangioblastoma during pregnancy is uncommon.Early nonspecific symptoms of dizziness and vomiting are often easily overlooked, and the symptoms worsen with the gradual increase in blood volume during pregnancy, accompanied by an increase in the size of the lesion and changes in the peripheral edema band. Its nature and blood supply should be adequately assessed before resection of the tumor, and preoperative endovascular embolization can effectively reduce the blood supply of the tumor and provide less bleeding and clearer surgical field for craniotomy. We herein report a case of a patient with solid cerebellar hemangioblastoma in late pregnancy who was successfully treated, with the aim of improving clinicians'ability to formulate an optimized treatment plan for pregnant women with a combination of such diseases.
