Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of problem-solving intervention based on risk classification on postoperative recovery and adverse events in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 206 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to April 2024 were selected in the study.According to the simple random grouping(single-double number method),they were divided into conventional group(single number)and combined group(double number),with 103 cases in each group. The conventional group was given conventional nursing combined with body temperature control intervention, while the combined group was given additional problem-solving intervention based on risk classification than the conventional group. The rehabilitation related indicators[intracranial pressure(ICP),critical-care pain observation tool(CPOT)score and Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale(RASS)score]were compared between the two groups at 1,3 and 5 days after surgery. The neurosurgical care unit stay and hospitalization time in the two groups were recorded. The differences in WHOQOL-100 quality of life scale scores and quality of discharge teaching scale(QDTS)scores were compared before and after intervention, and the adverse events in the two groups were counted. Results At 3 days after surgery, the ICP and RASS score in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and were decreased successively at 5 days after surgery(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 5 days after surgery, the CPOT score in the two groups was gradually improved, and the scores in the combined group at 1,3 and 5 days after surgery were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The neurosurgical care unit stay and hospitalization time in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of dimensions of quality of life were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the various scores were significantly higher in the combined group than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of various dimensions of discharge guidance quality in both groups were significantly enhanced(P<0.05),and the scores in the combined group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events and complications in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Problem-solving intervention based on risk classification can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation process and prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, enhance the quality of life of patients, and have low incidence rates of adverse events and complications.
