Evaluation of the surgical treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical treatment experience of primary central nervous system lymphoma.Methods The data of 12 patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma admitted to the Department of Neurolosurgery of No.960 Hospital of the PLA from February 2017 to June 2023 were treated by microscopic surgical biopsy and microscopy surgical decompression biopsy.Stereotyped biopsy and surgical procedures were performed as soon as possible after a clear diagnosis process from chemotherapy to targeted drug therapy.Results Twelve patients with central system lymphoma were all diagnosed as diffuse large B lymphoma,and 7 patients were transferred to blood after surgery chemotherapy and targeted drug therapy were performed in the department of fluidics,1 patient died,4 patients were lost to follow-up.Only 7 patients were followed up after surgery,ranging from 1 to 6 years,and there was no recurrence.Conclusions Primary central nervous system lymphoma can be diagnosed by surgical surgery and pathology,and postoperative chemotherapy and targeted therapy is effective and curative,and surgical treatment is very important.
