Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and value of comprehensive nursing care on perioperative psychological state and stress reaction in patients with drug-refractory epilepsy. Methods 160 patients with drug-refractory epilepsy admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of the study, and were divided into the control group(using the conventional nursing path)and the experimental group(using the perioperative comprehensive nursing path)according to the different nursing paths, with the same number of patients in both groups.Perioperative stress indicators such as heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and the heart rate systolic blood pressure product(RPP)were compared, and the differences in SDS and SAS scores and the occurrence of complications were compared between the groups. Results After the surgical treatment, the indexes of SBP,HR and RPP of patients in the experimental group as well as the incidence of complications and SDS,SAS points in patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can not only effectively improve the perioperative psychological response of patients, but also reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worth clinical promotion.
