Abstract：Study Purpose: There is currently no standard surgical treatment for dumbbell-shaped tumors in the lumbar intervertebral foramen region. This study evaluates the effectiveness and long-term outcomes of minimally invasive resection of dumbbell-shaped lumbar schwannomas (Eden 2 and 3 types), combined with intervertebral foramen lumbar fusion and pedicle screw fixation.
