Abstract：Objective Discussion of expression and purification,and the predicted structure of the cyclin M4 protein(CNNM4).Methods The Bac to Bac mammalian expression system was used for protein expression.Plasmid design,plasmid amplification,bacmid preparation,cell transfection,virus preparation,protein expression and protein purification of CNNM4 were performed so as to obtain protein samples with good purity and uniformity.Results CNNM4 protein samples with good purity and uniformity were obtained successfully.Conclusions CNNM4 is successfully expressed and purified,and its predicted structure is preliminarily discussed.
