Abstract:Since the implementation of standardized training for residents in China in 2014,professional master's degree candidates must balance clinical practice and scientific research. Against this background, the clinical skills of professional master's degree candidates have significantly improved, but their research training has become unbalanced. This study focuses on the training of professional master's degree candidates in neurosurgery, emphasizing the integration of medical education and dual-track integration. It advocates for a multidisciplinary mentor group system and the "mentor-apprentice" teaching reform, exploring pathways for the coordinated development of clinical practice and scientific research.
