Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of Xingnaojing injection on nerve function and inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral contusion and laceration(CCL).Methods A total of 94 patients with CCL admitted to Leping People's Hospital from June 2022 to February 2024 were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47)by random number table method, and the control group received conventional treatment, whereas the observation group was given Xingnaojing injection treatment for 2 weeks. The curative effect, edema remission time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Neurological function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],coma degree[Glasgow Coma Score(GCS)],inflammatory factor level[C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)]of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher, edema subsided and hospital stay were shorter, with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of NIHSS score and inflammatory factors(CRP,WBC)were decreased in both groups, while the GCS score was increased more significantly in the observation group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnaojing injection can improve the therapeutic effects and the nerve function, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of CCL patients.
