Exploration and application of Hi-INCNS training pattern in continuous education for advanced neurointensivists

Abstract:In recent years,neurological intensive care medicine has developed rapidly,and related advanced fellowship training is an important way for clinicians to receive continuous education and improve their clinical competence.It is particularly important to establish a standardized continuous education model for neurointensivists to improve their professional skills and clinical practice ability.The intensive care unit of neurology department of Xijing Hospital has developed a distinctive advanced fellowship education model of"humanistic care,integrated medicine,infection,nutrition,consciousness,neurological specialty skills,and system general skills(Hi-INCNS)"after more than two decades of teaching practice.This model provides theoretic and practical bases for improving the humanistic care concept,strengthening the integrated medical knowledge,and consolidating the neurointensive care clinical skills of neurointensivists.
