Key temperature points and brain protection strategies for the drowning victims in the sea

Abstract：With the increasing frequency of China's maritime activities,the study of the treatment of the drowning victims in the sea has become an important and indispensable part of the formulation of maritime warfare strategy.Being attacked by low-temperature seawater,the victims would experience hypothermia within a short period of time,accompanied by multiple organ damage and failure as well as the weakening of vital signs,thus seriously threatening the life safety.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the critical temperature changes and related brain protection strategies for the drowning victims in the sea.This paper analyses the occurrence time and temperature range of key temperature points to provide important references for further optimizing of the rewarming strategies and exploring of brain protection measures in the future.
