Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of chronic renal failure on the prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods The clinical data of patients with spontaneous ICH hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and the prognosis status of patients was classified separately, and the prognostic factors were retrospectively analyzed. For the problem of data imbalance,an adjusted Logistic regression analysis was performed using the PSM method. Results A total of 1102 patients with ICH were included in the study, including 30(2.7%)with chronic renal failure and 13(1.2%)with dialysis during the period.Confounding factors associated with renal failure included diabetes mellitus,GCS,congestive heart failure, heart rate, systolic pressure, potassium, random blood glucose levels, etc. After balanced pairing, the prognosis of patients with chronic renal failure was significantly worse than that of those without renal failure. Conclusion Compared with those without chronic renal failure, those with chronic renal failure have higher mortality rate and worse prognosis.
