Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of endoscopic fascia suspension technique in trigeminal neuralgia microvascular decompression. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,eighty-nine cases of trigeminal neuralgia microvascular decompression received surgical operations.Among them,21 cases were treated by microvascular decompression using autologous fascia suspension technique in order to analyze the surgical effectiveness of the autologous fascia suspension technique. Results The effectiveness of microvascular decompression with autologous fascia suspension was 100%,and the postoperative treatment rate was 100%,with no recurrence after operation. Conclusion With microvascular decompression of the trigeminal neuralgia, the technique of endoscopic fascia suspension of the responsible blood vessel can reduce the postoperative foreign body reaction, and it is a safe, effective and practical method to observe the whole course of trigeminal nerve from multiple angles, which can completely decompress the whole course of trigeminal nerve and prevent recurrence after operation.
