Abstract:Objective To analyze the psychological status and influencing factors of glioma patients, and provide empirical evidence for subsequent interventions in this group. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 130 glioma patients as the subjects who had been treated in our department between 2022 and 2023.Using a self-made general information questionnaire,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA),Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Stigma Scale for Chronic Illnesses(SSCI-8),Physical Status Score(ECOG),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and Distress Thermometer(DT),a survey was conducted among these patients.Multiple linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between SSCI-8,ECOG,patient perceived support self-evaluation,DT,MOCA,VAS,andCD-RISC.Results 38%of the patients showed low levels of psychological resilience. The Pearson correlation results showed that CD-RISC was significantly correlated with MOCA(p=0.003,r=0.342),ECOG(p<0.001,r=-0.602),SSCI-8(p<0.001,r=-0.558),VAS(p<0.001,r=-0.524),and occupational status(p=0.007,r=0.329).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that physical status(p=0.020,β=-0.383),disease shame(p=0.008),β=-0.350)and occupational status(p=0.088,β=-0.254)could make a difference to the psychological state of patients. Conclusion Nursing staffshould take the evaluation of the psychological status of glioma patients as a routine in daily clinical care in order to identify patients with low psychological resilience and provide personalized services quickly.
