Abstract:Objective To explore the application of 3D structured light registration technology of surgical robots in the localization of lesions under different head fixation types. Methods Clinical data of 24 patients with robot-assisted surgery in our hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.3D structured light registration technology was used to fix 13 patients with three-nail head-frame fixation and 11 patients with silicone-pad fixation.Additionally, differences concerning registration error and theoretical error of robots between the two fixation methods were compared. Results Average registration accuracy of three-nail head-frame fixation and head-pad fixation was 0.44mm and 0.54mm,respectively.There was no significant difference in registration accuracy between the two fixation methods(p>0.05).Conclusion 3D structured light registration technology was suitable for the two different head fixation methods.Accurate and practical head-frame fixation registration method was a more preferable choice.
