The application and optimization of PBL teaching model in clinical teaching: a preliminary discussion

Abstract：Objective The application and optimization of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching in clinical teaching were discussed.Methods With considering the problems in the teaching,the optimization scheme was put forward to through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages in order to improve the actual performance of the PBL model.Results By optimizing the PBL model,the teaching effect had been significantly improved.Conclusion The analysis and discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of the PBL teaching model and the optimization can increase the learners' initiative and innovation,and also then improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
