Abstract:Objective Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is one of the common complications of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and there is no safe and effective treatment for cerebral hemorrhage complicated with deep vein of lower extremity. Therefore, this study aims to explore the trend of D-dimer in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage before operation, and to provide help for the early prediction and diagnosis of deep vein of lower limb. Methods The patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in Department of Neurosurgery of Xianyang Hospital of Yan'an University were studied. The D-dimer was detected before and after operation. The deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs was detected by color Doppler ultrasound, and the difference was analyzed by t test. Results There was no significant difference in plasma D-dimer level between deep venous thrombosis group and no-deep vein thrombosis group (P >0.05).The plasma D-dimer concentration in deep venous thrombosis group was higher than that in no-deep vein thrombosis group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The changes of D-dimer in peripheral blood can be used as the important indexes for predicting and early diagnosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with deep venous thrombosis.
