The application of reflective teaching in training young pathological teachers

Abstract：Objective The importance and significance of reflective teaching in the training of young pathological teachers were discussed.Methods Taking pathological teaching as an example,more attentions were paid to three levels of reflective teaching to develop teachers'career.Results Through the cultivation of reflective teaching model,the teaching level of young teachers spiraled.Conclusion Reflective teaching can prompt young teachers to form a set of teaching methods and systems suitable for teaching students' characteristics,to train more excellent medical graduates and to promote the development of Chinese medicine.
