The role and significance of cultivating medical postgraduates in big data era

Abstract：Objective The education and training of the medical postgraduates in the big data era are discussed.Methods We put forward the request of the big data as the demand for medical postgraduates'education,the teaching of problem-based learning mode and postgraduate tutors teaching effect in big data era,and updated the new ideas of teaching and learning for three basic train of thought in the teaching practice,and that was demonstrated in theory.Results On the concept of education,the medical postgraduate educations should be focusing on teacher-guiding,arousing students' enthusiasm and subjective initiative,and promoting actively the role of big data in the teaching;the education has changed from macro-groups to the individuals to realize the personalized teaching.Conclusion This paper advocates the new idea of pedagogy,which is very suitable for the education and training of medical postgraduates,and it is to speed up cultivating qualified talents in the field of medicine.
