Abstract:Objective The effect of CDC6 on proliferation of craniopharyngiom (CP) ceils in vitro was explored. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CDC6 in the specimens of craniopharyngioma, and CDC6 siRNA interference fragments were synthesized.MTT method was used to detect the growth of the ttmor cells after interference, and the cell growth curve was drawn and the cell growth inhibition rate was calculated. The cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of CDC6 was significantly different between normal brain tissue and craniopharyngeal tumor tissue, and the growth curve showed that after down-regulation of CDC6 expression, craniopharyngioma tumor cell growth was slow, which indicated the cell growth was significantly inhibited compared with non-transfected cells.Cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Conclusion The expression of CDC6 is higher in craniopharyngioma cells, and is involved in the regulation of proliferation of craniopharyngioma cells.
