Using of standardized patient teaching to strengthen the medical students'professional ethics cultivation

Abstract：Objective The standardized patient teaching is used to discuss how to cultivate medical professional spirits.Methods The standardized patient teaching was used to provide almost simulated clinical professional environment which allowed the students to go into the role of "doctor" in advance.The cultivation of professional dedication was integrated with professional knowledge and skills when they were learning professional knowledge.Results Standardized patients could play a role in simulated doctor-patient communication so as to guide medical students to establish correct occupation value and develop good professional attitude as well as establish good professional emotion and lofty professional ethics.Conclusion The teaching method which includes teaching and practicing can achieve the unity of the teaching goal and open up a new way of medical students'professional spirit cultivation.
