The culture experience of nursing students in department of neurosurgery

Abstract：Objective The unsatisfactory effect of the training of intern nurses in department of neurosurgery is analyzed and the methods to improve the training effect are discussed.Methods From the clinical practices, five methods were proposed: professional morality culturing, communication skills culturing, various teaching skills, improving the awareness of law, and improving practical skills and emergency techniques .Results By implementing all the strategies, the intern nurses grasped the basic nursing skills , and got the improvement in communicating skills and law awareness.Conclusion The five strategies are applicable in the training of intern nurses , so it should be popularized in nursing teaching.
