Abstract:Objective The effect of high-dose urokinase (UK) injection to bilateral ventricles on the cytokines in cerebrospinal fluid was analyzed after severe ventricular hemorrhage to provide the guidelines for high-dose UK injection for the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage, so as to reduce the secondary neuronal damage. Methods A total of 67 cases of ventricular hemorrhage were divided into treatment group and control group randomly .Patients in treatment group were injected UK by lateral ventricular puncture combined bilateral ventricular drainage , while those of the control group were just injected UK from the lateral ventricle drainage .CSF of two groups was collected at 0.5 h, 24 h, 72 h, 5 d, 7 d by the lateral ventricle drainage tube .After removing the lateral ventricle drainage pipe , CSF was collected at 5 d, 7 d, 10 d, 14 d, and 26 d.TNF-α, IL-6, and FKN in CSF were analyzed by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay detection. Results The cytokines of treatment group were significantly reduced and the damage period was shorter in treatment group than that of the control group .Conclusion Bidirectional UK injection can inhibit and reduce the cytokines in CSF , so as to alleviate the neuronal damage , improve the survival rate and reduce the disability .
