Abstract:As the most aggressive subtype of breast cancer,triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)poses great challenges to clinical treatment due to the lack of clear molecular targets and high heterogeneity. As an emerging three-dimensional cell culture model, organoid technology can highly simulate the tissue structure, genetic characteristics and microenvironmental interaction of tumors in vitro, providing a revolutionary tool for basic research, drug screening and clinical transformation of TNBC.This paper systematically reviews the basic principles and development process of organoid technology, focusing on the application potential of organoids in drug sensitivity, novel drug screening and mechanism research of TNBC.Meanwhile, this paper also summarizes the controversies and challenges faced by organoids and prospects their future development directions.By integrating existing research evidence, this paper aims to clarify how organoid technology promotes the research of TNBC and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for its clinical application.
