Abstract:Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is a key pathological process in the progres-sion of heart failure,in which abnormal activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is the core molecular mechanism driving this process. As a broad-spectrum antifibrotic drug, pirfenidone has shown great potential in cardioprotection, but its specific molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated. Therefore, this article aims to explore the effect of pirfenidone on inhibiting ventricular remodeling by regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,so as to provide a new perspective for cardioprotection.
