Abstract:As the terminal stage of cardiovascular diseases, chronic heart failure(CHF)has become a global public health challenge due to its high mortality, readmission rate and medical burden. The early 3 months after discharge is a period of variable condition and high risk for heart failure patients, with a high incidence of death and readmission. In this regard, the 2018 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure proposed the concept of the"vulnerable phase"of heart failure.Under the guidance of the traditional Chinese medicine theory of"preventing disease before its onset",combined with the characteristics of dynamic evolution of syndromes, constructing an early warning system for the vulnerable phase of heart failure to conduct early risk warning and monitoring for this phase provides a new idea for the integrated prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
