Research progress on comorbidity mechanisms and management strategies of hypertension and mental disorders

Abstract:Hypertension is closely associated with common mental disorders such as anxiety disorder,depression,schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.However,systematic summaries are still lacking regarding the interaction mechanisms,related influencing factors and intervention and screening methods of hypertension and common mental disorders.Therefore,this paper elaborates on the pathophysiological mechanisms and various influencing factors of hypertension and mental disorders in detail,revealing the association between hypertension and common mental disorders.On this basis,it systematically summarizes a series of intervention,diagnosis and treatment measures adopted in the field of chronic disease management at home and abroad,aiming to explore new ideas and approaches for constructing an innovative management model for comorbidity of hypertension and mental disorders,provide a more systematic and comprehensive reference for clinical practice,optimize management strategies,reduce the incidence of comorbidity and improve the quality of life of patients.
