Abstract:With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for health management, rational drug use monitoring and adverse reaction risk early warning have become important links to ensure patient safety. In recent years, the application of artificial intelligence technology in this field has attracted wide attention. The application of technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, decision support systems and data mining can timely issue early warnings for irrational drug use and potential adverse reactions during clinical treatment through the analysis of large amounts of data, thereby significantly improving the effectiveness and safety of patient treatment. However, there are still various problems and challenges in the current application of artificial intelligence, such as algorithm bias, data security, privacy protection and ethics. This paper aims to review the application of artificial intelligence in clinical rational drug use monitoring and adverse reaction risk early warning, explore the role of artificial intelligence in improving the safety and effectiveness of clinical drug therapy for patients, and provide a reference basis for the popularization and application of artificial intelligence in the field of medical health.
