Abstract：Cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome(referred to as cardiorenal metabolic syndrome)is a complex syndrome characterized by the interweaving of cardiovascular disease,chronic kidney disease,and metabolic disorders.Its core lies in the formation of a vicious cycle between the heart,kidney and metabolic system.Therefore,its drug treatment needs to uphold the concept of"heart-kidney-metabolic multi-disease co-treatment".This article reviews the concept,pathophysiological mechanism of cardiorenal metabolic syndrome and the drugs with evidence-based medical evidence of cardiorenal benefits,in order to provide theoretical support for the treatment of cardiorenal metabolic syndrome.
