Abstract:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and malignant tumors,as two major common chronic diseases, have an increasingly prevalent comorbidity, which severely impacts patient prognosis. This article systematically reviews the research progress on intervention strategies for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with malignant tumors, covering three key aspects:primary prevention, assessment and optimization of cardiovascular risks associated with cancer treatment, and long-term management of cancer survivors. It focuses on lifestyle and pharmacological interventions, the application of biomarkers and multimodal imaging technologies, management of cardiovascular toxicity induced by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy,as well as multidisciplinary collaboration and perioperative strategies.Despite significant advancements,high-quality evidence-based medicine and standardized management pathways remain lacking in this field. This review aims to provide a comprehensive clinical reference for physicians and promote the standardized and individualized development of comorbidity management.
