Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology society,artificial intelligence has been deeply involved in daily life,becoming an important achievement of modern science and technology,and one of the hottest topics in the 21st century.In the medical field,artificial intelligence has been involved in all aspects,such as disease diagnosis,drug development,patient management,and so on.Through deep learning and big data analysis,artificial intelligence can improve the safety,accuracy and efficiency of medical services.Artificial intel-ligence is widely used in clinical anesthesia,including intelligent drug delivery system,prediction of perioperative adverse events,evaluation of anesthesia depth,perioperative ultrasound,establishment of electronic data case database,intelligent teaching and so on.This allows anesthesiologists to greatly improve their work efficiency.Of course,the development of artificial intelligence still has some limitations,such as the protection of personal data privacy is not perfect,and the mechanism of artificial intelligence is complex and difficult to understand.This article will summarize the latest application progress of artificial intelligence in the field of anesthesiology and the challenges still facing.
