Abstract:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is one of the major diseases threatening human health. There is a mutual promoting relationship between the decline of renal function and the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. The ratio of serum creatinine to cystatin C(CCR)is a new marker for evaluating renal function.Compared with a single index,CCR has obvious advantages. In recent years,CCR has also attracted much attention in the study of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Domestic and foreign studies have found that the reduction of CCR is related to the risk of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and the severity of coronary artery disease, the risk of adverse cardiovascular events, the risk of adverse events during and after coronary artery reconstruction, and aortic sclerosis. Therefore,it can be used as an effective index for the early diagnosis, condition evaluation and prognosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. This article summarizes the relationship between CCR and the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, and reviews its research progress in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,in order to provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
