Abstract:Monocyte chemoattractant protein-inducible protein l(MCPIP1),named after the induction of monocyte chemoattractant protein 1,belongs to the ZC3H12 gene family. It contains a zinc finger domain,a PIN domain and a deubiquitination domain. It is involved in the regulation and development of many inflammation through endonuclease activity, deubiquitinating enzyme activity and transcription factor function. In lung tissue,MCPIP1 plays an anti-inflammatory effect mainly by degrading the mRNA of inflammatory factors and deubiquitinizing the key proteins of nuclear factor-κB pathway, and participates in the occurrence and development of pneumonia, bronchial asthma, acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer and other lung diseases. The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism of MCPIP1 in lung diseases and its relationship with lung diseases,in order to provide a new target for the treatment of lung diseases.
