Abstract:M1 macrophages and T helper cell 17(Th17)play an important regulatory role in the immune microenvironment. Both of them have a profound impact on immune response, inflammatory response and the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases. In recent years, with the in-depth understanding of the immune system, the study of M1 macrophages and Th 17 cells has gradually become a hot topic. However, there are still many unsolved mysteries in the specific mechanism, mutual regulatory relationship and clinical application of the two in different disease models. This article reviews the latest research progress of M1 macrophages and Th17 in the regulation of immune microenvironment, focusing on the mechanism of action of both in a variety of diseases, and discussing the limitations of current research and possible future research directions,in order to provide certain reference for future basic research and clinical immunotherapy.
