Abstract:Parkinson's disease is often accompanied by severe sleep disorders, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Apopmorphine is a dopamine receptor agonist and shows good prospects in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Existing studies have shown that apopmorphine can effectively regulate dopamine function, thereby improving problems such as sleep structure disorders and circadian rhythm imbalances. However,at present, systematic research on its specific mechanism of action and clinical application is still relatively limited. This article aims to review the application progress of apopmorphine in sleep disorders of Parkinson's disease, explore its mechanism of action, clinical research results and future research directions, with the expectation of providing references for clinical practice.
