Abstract：Depressive disorder and anxiety disorder are closely related to insomnia,which is the most common cause of insomnia and brings serious trouble to patients' family,society,work or study.It is very impor-tant to accurately evaluate the sleep status of patients with depression and anxiety disorders and give corresponding treatment measures in time.This article reviews the latest research progress on the pathogenesis of depression,anxiety disorder and insomnia,in order to deepen the clinicians' understanding of depression,anxiety disorder and insomnia,and provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
