Abstract:Objective To explore the value of magnetocardiography in the evaluation of coronary artery in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods A total of 165 patients who were hospitalized with chest tightness and/or chest pain in the Department of Cardiology,Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Capital Medical University from April 1,2024 to December 30,2024 and were suspected of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were collected.Finally,55 patients were diagnosed with coronary heart disease and 110 patients were excluded from coronary heart disease. All the selected patients completed magnetocardiogram, coronary CT angiography(CTA)and coronary angiography.Taking the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard, the efficacy of magnetocardiogram and coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease was compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of magneto-cardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were 86.7%,83.3%,81.2%,88.2%and 84.8%,respectively;the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were 69.9%,65.6%,65.6%,63.6%and 57.7%,respectively.Conclusion Magnetocardiography may become a new method to judge the severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, which can provide more reliable information for patients before coronary angiography.
