Abstract:The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis are significantly higher than those in the general population,and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is one of the main causes of death in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.There are many reasons for rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,including traditional risk factors for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and rheumatoid factor-mediated immune damage.This article mainly reviews the related research on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,in order to provide ideas for the effective intervention of patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
