Abstract：Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is still one of the major diseases affecting the global health burden.With the rapid development of society and the acceleration of the pace of life,the incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is on the rise in young people.The bidirectional effect of depression and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease has a certain impact on the occurrence,development and prognosis of coronary heart disease.This article reviews the current status and research progress of depression in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease at home and abroad,especially for patients with premature coronary athero-sclerotic heart disease,and summarizes its epidemiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods,in order to provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with depression.
