Abstract：This article reviews the application of bone organoids in osteoarthritis diseases,and prospects the future development trend.Firstly,the definition,treatment status and challenges of osteoarthritis are sorted out to fully understand the background and importance of this disease.Then,the definition,concept and characteristics of bone organoids are described,and the research progress of bone organoids in the field of osteoarthritis was intro-duced in detail.Finally,the potential value and future development trend of bone organoids in the treatment of osteoarthritis are analyzed,in order to provide reference for related research and practice.
