Abstract:Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)has gradually become an important disease that threatens people's health and quality of life, mainly causing cognitive impairment, movement disorders, emotional disorders, urinary and fecal incontinence and other symptoms, with high disability and mortality. It has a high incidence in the elderly population and is related to the occurrence and recurrence of stroke, cognitive dysfunction and psycho-logical disorders.Although the physiological and pathological process of CSVD is still unclear, some studies have confirmed that inflammatory response plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of CSVD.Therefore,by exploring the physiology and pathology of CSVD,we hope to find appropriate serum inflammatory biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets,so as to provide early warning for the progression and prognosis of CSVD.Therefore, this article reviews the research progress and potential therapeutic targets of serum inflammatory biomarkers in CSVD.
