Abstract:Multiple myeloma(MM)cannot be cured at present. With the rapid development of new drugs combined with autologous transplantation, the median overall survival of patients is nearly 10 years. However, due to the high heterogeneity of MM,there are still some patients with poor prognosis and short survival.Bone marrow microenvironment plays an important role in MM.The formation of invasive vessels, regulatory immune cells, exosomes and autophagy, etc.can all affect the bone marrow microenvironment and promote the progression and drug resistance of MM.This review focuses on the interaction of components in the immune microenvironment of MM and immunotherapy,in order to provide more new treatment strategies.
