Abstract：Acute chest pain is one of the common symptoms in the emergency department.Early and accurate identification of high-risk and low-risk chest pain is beneficial to timely diagnosis and treatment of high-risk patients and reduce over-treatment of low-risk patients.At the same time,it can improve the prognosis and alleviate the severity of pre-hospital care and emergency department medical resources.In recent years,early risk stratifica-tion tools for patients with acute chest pain have been developed,and their sensitivity and specificity are different.This article reviews the current research progress of early risk assessment in patients with acute chest pain.
