Abstract:In the field of immunology, pregnancy is equivalent to a successful semi-allograft phenomenon, and the maternal immune tolerance to the semi-allograft fetus is related to the outcome of pregnancy.Helper T cells 17(Th17)and regulatory T cell(Treg)are newly discovered subsets of CD4+T lymphocytes. The expression levels of related transcription factor retinoic acid-related orphan receptor γt and forkhead box transcription factor P3 are closely related to the balance between Th17/Treg.The Th17/Treg immune imbalance can lead to abnormal maternal attack on the fetus, resulting in maternal-fetal tolerance disorder, and is related to recurrent miscarriage, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus and other pathological pregnancy.
