Clinical research progress of immunotherapy for breast cancer

Abstract：Breast cancer stands as the most common malignant tumor affecting women.The mortality rate due to breast cancer is alarmingly on the rise every year.The current arsenal of treatment methods includes surgical resection,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy.Nevertheless,the formidable obstacles of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis persist,posing a substantial challenge in the field.In recent years,immunotherapy has progressively found application in various tumor diseases,with significant advancements in related basic research and clinical trials.This article provides a concise overview of the latest research advancements in breast cancer immunotherapy,in order to provide basis for clinical treatment of breast cancer.
