Abstract:Rectal multiple neuroendocrine neoplasms is a rare malignant tumor of the rectum.The risk of lymph node metastasis is significantly increased,and the small lesions are occult.There is no consensus on the treatment and follow-up strategy.Herein,this paper reports a case of rectal multiple micro neuroendocrine neoplasms with lymph node metastasis,and reviews the relevant literature to discuss the clinicopathological features and diagnosis and treatment experience of the disease,in order to strengthen clinicians'understanding of rectal multiple micro neuroendocrine neoplasms.
