Clinical research progress of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma

Abstract：Recent years,the incidence of gastric cancer has decreased but the rate of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma(GSRCC)has distinctly increased by year.Compared with non-GSRCC,the prognosis of patient with GSRCC is extremely poor,which is closely related to its special pathological and molecular features and poor sensibility of chemotherapy drugs.Moreover,some molecular expressions may be potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers.Now we have reviewed the progress of GSRCC.
